Hello lovely families, my name is Ella and I have 7 years of experience in childcare. Before nannying, I worked in 3 Early years settings in England where I received my Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education. My last contract was with a wonderful family in Canada, as an Aupair for just over a year with a little boy who just turned 3! I love being outdoors in nature and will try to get out as much as I can, so families who loves the outdoors as much as I do would be great. I prioritise child led activities, following a Montessori learning scheme to help support language and fine and gross motor skills. I am also very creative and love music and art, I love setting art activities and will always join in and support children with what’s been set. My years of experience working with children in the past has shaped me as a patient, and kind person and has given me a strong understanding in any age from 3 months - 11+ years.
