I have 8 years babysitting experience, two of which were a full-time live-in nanny job. I have worked on repeat-basis with children ages 3 mos to 15 yrs. While I was responsible for meals, transportation, bath/bedtime routines, as well as housekeeping and laundry, the part of nannying I love most is time spent playing and learning with kids. Planning creative activities, discovering new places, friends, and creatures together, and teaching new skills are what make working with kids so uplifting for me. In addition to daily responsibilities, I am very comfortable teaching new skills. I have 7 years experience coaching for a swim team and teaching lessons and love any chance to teach water safety skills and love of the water to the children I take care of. I also have intermediate Spanish proficiency that I am happy to integrate into childcare.
