I've had years of experience working with children and young adults. Not only do I have 5 younger siblings - which is a lot of experience in itself :), but I've also worked in holiday school programs, after school care, volunteering at early learning centres and many previous baby sitting jobs. I have also completed a number of compentancies and placements in the childcare and social services sector, which have allowed me to develop a range of necessary skills in the childcare department.
