Hi families! My name is Edwina and I am an energetic, caring, and respectful childcare worker. I have been in paid childcare roles since 2015, working in residential care homes, individual families doing day and overnight work, and caring for children with disabilities and high needs. I have a strong interest in respectful engagement with children, and fostering healthy childhood development, alongside attention to detail with in home care, and ensuring parents are able to enjoy their respite knowing their children are with someone they can trust. I can provide references from a range of families and employers if required! I have a Bachelors of Fine Arts from the University of Melbourne, so I am very creative, and I'm currently learning Spanish- I'm open minded and always willing and enthusiastic to learn.
