I have worked in childcare and education for the past 5 years. I have a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, and am currently studying a Bachelor of Social Work. I have worked in childcare with all ages, along with working in a primary school setting, as a supervisor in before and after school care, along with working in education support for 4 years. I prioritise building positive relationships and trust with children and families, as I believe this is essential for a positive environment.
