I am 18 years old. I love working with kids, I practically raised my 3 younger siblings since I was 9 (These kids currently aged 9, 7 and 5). That's two girls and one boy, all hyper and noisy so I have experience in somewhat overbearing children. I easily keep cool, collective, and I like to apply kind and caring but assertive actions when working with children. Things I've learned from experience! I'm willing to abide by any house rules and respect almost any decisions by the parent(s).
