I am passionate about caring for others and helping nurture young children. I come from a Samoan background given me life experiences caring and looking after children from a young age. I have many years experience working with individuals living with a disability as a Support Worker and doing one on one care. I am passionate about mental and physical health as well as being able to use my empathetic nature and active listening skills to support individuals from all walks of life. This speaks to my core values in wanting to support, care and help others. Through my experience in working with high behavioural autistic individuals with special needs, I understand how important time management organisation and leadership skills are when caring for someone not to mention policies and procedures and being able to effectively demonstrate these skills under pressure in a calm and rational manner. Helping others with everyday life skills, helping them find their passion and caring for them is truly my life’s purpose. Patience persistence positivity reliability and a nurturing presence is what I can bring to your life. I am a quick learner I have an open mind and have all the qualities you are looking for
