I nurture the unique needs of each individual to support their growth and development and to explore and enjoy their specific interests. I focus on supporting the family’s approach and values and ensuring a safe environment. I have extensive training and life experience in Early Years Education and Care, Autism, Downs Syndrome, Mental Health, Complex Needs, Behaviours of Concern, First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis as well as current Working With Children Check and Police Check.
