My background is in childcare and support work for child safety. I have been an assistant director in a childcare centre for 5 years, experience as a Lead Educator working with 0 - 5 year olds for many years and also ran my own family daycare business at home with 4 children a day ages 0 - 5 years old. I have 2 children of my own, now 14yrs and 4 yrs. I adore children, very good with all ages and experiences in all ages. I feel confident feeding babies and toddlers and also have knowledge on sleep for babies and transition times. I am experienced in planning experiences and activities for all ages and just love this type of work. I believe all children are unique and special in their own ways, have their own way of learning and growing and it is my job to help guide them along the way.
