I have 10 years of experience in the early childhood industry, with the past 5 years focused on administration and directing. I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, which has provided me with a solid foundation to support my practical experience. Current WWCC, CPR & First Aid. Available Saturdays. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with all age groups, from infants as young as 6 weeks to children up to 6 years old, giving me a well-rounded understanding of their developmental needs and milestones. Over the years, I’ve taken on various roles, including Assistant Educator, Room Leader, Educational Leader, and Administrative/2IC, before stepping into a role as a Director. These experiences have allowed me to develop strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, along with a passion for creating nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
