Hi! My name is Clare, and I'm a 20 year old student at UTAS. My passions and hobbies vary, as a nature lover I spend a lot of time bushwalking, diving and mountain biking. I also love art, music and I study science (ecology) at Uni. I absolutely love being around kids, and I've spent a good amount of time babysitting my partner's younger half-siblings (2 and 6) while their parents have been away. I work as an outdoor guide, leading up to 14 adults on tours on the east coast of Tassie. Much of my job requires cooking, first aid administration and general well-being of the group. I have also had a small amount of experience leading kids, with the role as year 7 mentor in my final year of school (2018). I was required to organise activities and most importantly monitor and ensure the wellbeing of the kids consistently throughout the year.
