Growing up in a large family with six siblings and numerous cousins, I have always enjoyed looking after young children because contributing to a child's developing growth gives me immense pleasure. I utilize positive reinforcement techniques to encourage respectful behavior in children of all ages. I will continuously help them develop their self-regulation, and enhance their problem-solving skills. I will create and implement daily activities such as creative arts, playing as well as writing music and outdoor plays that will promote and enhance physical, intellectual, and emotional growth.
