I have approximately 3 years baby sitting experience. With looking after family friends children all between the ages of newborn to twelve years old. With my older sibling having children, I regualrly baby sit my 2 nephews and niece and they are between the ages of 0 - 4 years old. I unfortunately haven't got a certificate in child care work. However, am almost finished my diploma of nursing course where I have gained skills and knowledge on duty of care and safety skills to all ages. I also hold my advanced first aid certificate. Although not holding a certificate in child care I believe my nursing diploma and previous baby sitting experience has taught and built my patience, communication skills and confidence. I have great time management skills and am highly available. I enjoy building positive relationships with children and find great satisfaction building a bond where i can help teach children of all ages new skills. Nursing has made me even more motivated to care and help out wherever I can.
