I have my own full liscnese and transport, I am 23 years old I have worked in childcare since 2019,I currently work Monday-Friday in daycare, I am really passionate about working with children and families. Below is my philosophy - I believe that every child is unique and special in their own way. I believe children learn and grow when they have a strong sense of belonging and are surrounded by positive energy in a positive environment. Children need to feel safe, secure and supported by their primary caregivers. If caregivers provide consistent sources of food, comfort and affection, the child learns about trust. Children will then trust that others are dependable and reliable. I believe that as an educator that it is important to support children's self- confidence and self esteem as it is important in reaching their developmental milestones.
