I have had many years working in childcare with babies through to teenagers. Grown up around a larger family and worked as team leader at each age group. I am a positive person who enjoys watching children inquisitive minds as they learn through play. I comfortably make games and fun out of any job/task and can see any experience as an opportunity to build on relationships and developmental aspects. I find it easy to create relationships with children and families from all cultural backgrounds. Reliable in evening and overnight settings, trustworthy and confident to attend to nighttime matters as they arise. I am flexible on days and happy to discuss. look forward to hearing from you.
