I have worked 8 years in the childcare industry including going out on my own and experiencing family day care first hand. In my most recent position I worked as a residential youth support worker which really taught me a while new range of skills needed when working with children who come from trauma. I have worked as coordinator for before and after school care in a primary school setting as well as a teacher aide in a classroom.
