I first started babysitting as a 15 year old in my tiny country town for local families. Throughout my university studies in Sydney I worked for a nannying agency and did a range of jobs from afternoon school care, nannying and casual babysitting. I held a permanent nannying job for 12 months before heading over to the UK to teach and travel the world. (2 children) Living in London I held a teaching job for 2 days and a nannying job for 3 days a week (3 children). On my return to Australia I continued to nanny and babysit whilst holding my teaching job. My last nannying role finished in March before we moved up North for a little boy. I looked after him from birth until he was 3. I helped out for 2 hours in the morning and 3-4 hours in the afternoon with play and bath/dinner. This role involved the occasional overnight and weekend care for him. I also held a casual babysitting job for a newborn so that Mum could get some time away to exercise or just relax. I have my first aid, advanced resuscitation, drivers licence and I'm anaphylaxis and asthma trained. I'm also a non-smoker.
