I am a 27-year old solo mother of a 2 1/2-year-old little girl looking to help others with their kids and gain some work as I have recently arrived in Australia from New Zealand. I have worked in numerous fields as a care worker/support worker with tasks involving cleaning, general housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care, homework help, activities after school and have done plenty of babysitting children of all ages. Previously I have also worked with children with disabilities through caregiving agencies in New Zealand, including working with cleft palate, epilepsy, ADHD, Aspergers, cerebral palsy and other disabilities. I have worked with people of all ages, ethnicities and backgrounds. I hold a full New Zealand drivers license and will be obtaining a Full Tasmanian Drivers license. Currently, I do not have my working with children checks however I am eligible in New Zealand to work with children and am happy to obtain the Australian working with elderly and children checks if the role is ongoing. I am happy to pass a police check and have no criminal history.
