have my certificate 3 in early childhood education and I am very close in completing my diploma of education and care. I believe in the natural environment is important for all children’s development, having to opportunity to explore outside allows children to develop skills necessary for self regulation and resilience. I believe that children need a safe and nurturing environment that allows growth of self confidence and agency. I believe that families are a valuable part of their children’s learning and development and through building relationships with the families, the child will have the opportunity to thrive.
