The skills I can offer is that I’m young enough to still play and have fun with the kids as well as keeping professional and helping with your general daily routine to. I have 4 younger siblings myself under 14 and have always had that maternal instinct with kids by providing comfort when they are upset and problem solving when the kids argue to, I have also anyways helped my mum with my siblings by taking them to school and picking up, cooking meals and providing lunches for school aswell as helping with homework when necessary. I have worked with aged care and disability for many many years so have heaps of experience in all ages groups and of course get the most joy out of caring for kids and seeing them laugh and grow when looked after , it’s not just a job in my eyes but a career in which I would succeed in greatly
