Hi! My name is Brodie-Ellen and I am 29 years old. My background is working with children in out of home residential care and dealing with complex behaviours. My professional training is in therapeutic crisis intervention, meaning my approach is gentle, calm and caring. I am currently on maternity leave as I have had my own baby girl and she is almost 1 years old. As a mother myself, I believe that I would be a great match for a new family and supporting all those developmental milestones we need to reach!
