I have been working in the childcare industry for 6 years now. I first worked in a preschool for just over 2 years caring for children anywhere between 5 months and 5 years of age. I have worked the last 4 years doing In Home Care/Nannying for a lovely family with a set of twins. I have my Certificate 3 in Early Education and Care which I completed in 2017 after a year traineeship at the preschool I worked at where I continued on for another almost 2 years before moving to In Home Care. Though I have no professional training in these areas I have gained a lot of experience in the last 5 years working with children who have physical and developmental delays, autism and even feeding through a gastrostomy tube (G-Tube). I have wanted to be a mother for as long as I can remember and though I am not one yet I love caring for children, helping them and seeing them learn and grow into beautiful young kids. I am continuing to work with this family until the end of January 2024 at which point they will be attending preschool full time so I will be available 5 days a week from the end of January onwards.
