Hi....welcome to the search for finding the right person for your precious ones. I'm a mum of 6 who stayed home with my kids until returning to the workforce when my eldest was in high school. Upon returning to the workforce I started working casually in a childcare centre. (11 years ago) Since then I have worked in centres, obtained my certificate 3 in Child Studies then left centres to become a nanny and work with people on a much more personal level. I love working with children and families watching them grow and evolve as their life grows and changes. Its one of the most rewarding jobs there is....so to me it's not work.
