My name is Ashley, I've worked with children for the last 3 years and it's been the joy of my life so far! One of the greatest work opportunities I've had with children involved me leading a 3-day retreat for 15 children, they varied in ages between 11-19 years old. This was when I was a Team Leader for a not-for-profit organisation called Little Dreamers. This role taught me how to listen, bring children out of their comfort zone and go beyond what's expected of me to ensure the child knows that I care about them. Most recently I've been working as an After School Care Educator and find myself entertaining the children, feeding them, cleaning and settling them down when the parents were close to picking them up. I have so much fun doing this work and ensure that the children are safe, happy and nurtured. I also love to clean and and like to make that sure that the home is a warm welcome for your return :)
