I have always wanted to work with children in some form and my main goal when I was younger, and even now, is to be a nanny. I love children of all ages and I enjoy being able to watch them play, learn and grow as an individual. Since I was 12, I was doing small babysitting jobs for my family and family friends and as I got older I started to do look after many more children of all ages. I started working in a childcare last march and then moved to working in a primary school doing before and after school care. In the daycare I worked with children from 6 months old to 6 years. I loved working with the young children and loved providing a loving, safe and friendly environment for the children to come to. I then moved to working in before and after school care as well as vacation care, working with children aged 4-12yrs. I find that I enjoy working with the older children more as I am able to form strong friendships with them, however, I love being able to watch younger children grow and learn. I have a first aid certificate and I am currently doing my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. I am a caring, affectionate,energetic and fun person.
