I have many years of babysitting experience as I, myself, have 5 younger siblings, all under the age of 14. I am currently working as a Primary School After School Carer, and this allows me to engage in a positive manner with younger kids. I know how to communicate with children, I know when it is the right and wrong time to enable bed times and feeding times, and also I know the when it is appropriate for play time or calming down time.
