I have been babysitting ages 0-14 for the past 6 years and have been working in early childhood education for over a year in the 0-3 years room. I am studying my early childhood and primary teaching degree currently and am a qualified certificate 3 educator. I believe in treating children as autonomous and capable human beings and value building meaningful and trusting relationships with children and their families, taking the time to listen to children’s needs and opinions and following their interests to engage in meaningful experiences. Preferably I would wish to work with children aged 0-6 but also have experience caring for those into the teenage years
