I am very easy going, flexible but can make a great plan if its needed! I was brought up in a large family and am used to having responsibilities (which furthered with employment experience), that includes cleaning where it needs to be done. So anything that I can do to help, let me know and I promise ill do my best, within the boundaries of my experience and also out of that if it is safe to do so! I have experience mostly working with Youth in the Justice system, supporting youth and their families/ carers in supporting youth with their court orders, youth in and out of juvenile detention with mental health, emotional regulation, transport support and many other responsibilities associated with support work. I love to lend a hand and that's why I'm here. I believe in the importance of person-centred approach, trauma informed care, holistic approaches and integrate this into my day-to-day life to always seek positive solutions to the roadblocks that we may stumble across. I love the outdoors so if the kids ever needed to get out and about that's no trouble. I am looking forward to having a good chat and helping the fanily where I can!
