As a mum of 3 teenagers, I understand how important good routine and structure is in a household and have experience with newborns to young adults. I have worked as a Youth Worker for over 10 years in residential and educational settings. I am highly experienced with supporting young people and their families to strengthen the family unit. I specialise in mental health support. I have worked in crisis environments and am able to de-escalate situations, teach people how to identify and manage their emotions and develop positive coping strategies. I am also able to provide counselling support, as part of my skill set and training.
