I am an experienced Steiner (and also mainstream) nanny for early childhood and primary aged children with over 10 years experience. I think it is such a wonderful philosophy to engage children in a wide variety of cultural stories and life experiences throughout childhood. It offers children a vast variety of life perspectives, enables the growth of a rich imagination and teaches them lessons about the lives of human beings. Each day in my nannying work I offer a large basket full of stories, flowers, art materials and creative items to spark your child’s curiosity for the day. I am patient and encourage children to take their time in whatever they are doing. In early childhood as a Steiner nanny, I create a plan for the week which is all about embodying support, predictability and rhythm specific to your child.
