Hi my name is Amy .I am originally from Ireland. I have held a Diploma in childcare/ Au Pair for the past 14+ years. I have worked in daycare centres and as a private nanny for a number of families also. I have worked as an Au Pair in the South of France for 3 years before I came to Perth in 2013.In my work environment I like to encourage my children to be independent, to be able to socialise, to practice their developmental skills and to be able to have the opportunity to learn new skills through play and positive communication. Also to make them feel safe, secure and supported at all times and to allow them time and space to learn their own way. I feel I can make great , strong relationships with parents/ carers/ families of all the children in my classroom/professional job role I believe in open communication at all times.All children need to feel loved and cared for, especially when they are away from their parents/ care givers / loved ones. I would like to think I care for and love all children to the best of my ability every day when they are in my care.
