Hello! My name is Amanda, I'm Canadian student currently completing my Occupational Therapy program here on the coast. I have experience in both babysitting and working alongside children in a paediatric therapy setting. I have a passion for supporting children in all activities of daily living and find joy in their happiness. My hobbies include painting (anything art related), outdoor activities and attempting DYI projects. Experience: Paediatric Clinic (Sept 2019 - Dec 2019) -Worked with families with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Developmental Delays to identify therapy goals. -Independently ran therapy sessions which included activities addressing fine motor skills, gross motor skills, emotional regulation, sensory processing and social/play skills. -Provided therapy sessions in a range of different settings such as in-clinic, at-home and at kindergarten.
