Hello! My name is Amanda. I recently moved from Vancouver, Canada where I ran my own family daycare out of my home. I have experience watching an extra 2 children in addition to my own son. On top of running my daycare I also did part time babysitting for local families, and was employed through a nanny agency. I absolutely love children and I pride myself in being a fun and loving care giver. I am looking for part time work, during the day for up to 4 hours where I would bring along my own son or we would be more than happy to host at our home if you need some time to yourself. I'm hoping to find a family with a child around the same age as my son (4) so that they can become little buddies, our previous little buddies used to have sleep overs and playdates on the weekends so that would be the goal! In Canada I would take the kids on the train to indoor play centres, the beach, ferry rides, and various other kid-friendly activities. We love the library on Tuesday and Thursdays as well as flip out and scitech. Our ideal hours are 8am-12pm for 2-3 days per week but we are happy to work around your schedules :) I am also available for evening babysitting, and available while my son is in daycare.
