Hi there parents! My name is Alycia and I am in my 6th year of working with children and I am 24 years of age. I originally started working in before and after school care, then moved onto child care, after 3.5 years i moved onto my own babysitting business as well as governmemt funded nannying and now have returned to child care while i finish my diploma of children services. I have experience with children aged 0-12 and enjoy all different ages and their different challenges. I believe that fun, loving and patient care is the key to gaining the utmost trust and respect from your children. All children are different and I love to incorporate all the tips and tricks I've accumulated over my years to implement different learning strategies to suit your child best and help them grow and develop. I am very physically fit and love to be outdoors running around enjoying the fresh air. I love to dress up and get silly but I also like to ensure there are boundaries to be followed and respected :) I am qualified in certificate 3 in children services and I am also qualified in level 2 first aid, asthma emergency and anaphylaxis.
