Hello, my name is Allisa. I am 19 years old. I am currently studying teaching at RMIT University. I have completed work placement as well as volunteer work in both mainstream and supported education assisting children with challenging bevahiours and additional needs. I have experience working with NDIS clients as a disability support worker. I grew up in a large family, with sibling on the spectrum, so i consider myself very capable in most situations. I am passionate about guiding children as they learn and develop into young adults. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends as well as my love for animals and music. I currently also work as a lifeguard, so i can assure you that i am an active thinker as well as great in emergency situations.
