Hi there, my name is Alison. I have held my Nanny Training certificate since 1996 and my Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care since 1998. I also hold a Diploma in Community Services (2010). I worked in the childcare industry for 14 years before retraining and working in the Community Services sector. I returned to working in Childcare 2 years ago. I have a current Working With Children check and happy to complete a police check. I am committed to the safety and education of young children. As a parent myself I have a strong understanding of a parents' need to ensure that their children are being appropriately cared for with someone they can trust. I believe in providing fun and engaging educational opportunities for children, engaging with them in their interests and creating opportunities for new interests to develop. I provide nutritious meals and like to make mealtime an enjoyable time for children. I can easily follow the guidelines and parenting ethos of parents whose children I am providing care for.
