My name is Alessia, I'm Italian and I'm in Australia with a Working Holiday Visa. In Italy I studied Psychology and I got my degree as an Health Educator which is a sanitary profession which has a rehabilitation aim. My job is about taking care of people in need, supporting them in an hard period of their lives. The aim of my job is helping these people to improve their lives whether through increased life skills, work qualifications, improved health or parenting skills. I worked with minors victims of violence and abused from their own families, 2 year with people with mental health disorders and I had a few traineeship with migrants/elders/disables person/and people struggling with addictions as well.
