Hi, my name is Alba, I am 26 years old and originally from The Netherlands. I have been living in Australia with my Australian partner for two years now and prior to that I travelled around for a couple of years. Back home I have cared for children since I was 14. I come from a big family with loads of small children and have worked as a babysitter and nanny for families throughout the years. I have experience caring for children of all ages, including newborns. After Uni (I studied ethical design and arts) I started a makerspace in Amsterdam where I taught children's textile classes. I still work as an independent artist and am currently working on a solo exhibition. I have always had a love for children and am strongly connected to my inner child. I've had a Steiner school education and value learning by engaging head, heart, and hands through creative practices as well as being in the outdoors and stimulation by using positive language. I love cooking and baking and don't mind making breakfast/lunch/dinner. I live in Forest lodge and have a car that I share with my partner's sibling. I have lived in Balmain, Newtown and Glebe.
