Hi there! I'm a 34 yo professional nanny and early childhood education teacher from Spain. I'm living in Sydney for 4 years. I love my job and I am very dedicated and passionate about childcare. Experience, patience, safety, loving nature and possitive attitude are my strengths and I'm always encouraging laughs. I'm punctual, responsible and committed with my job. I have lots of energy and I love playing with the kids and all sorts of suitable outdoor activities. I like to be engaging and active and would prefer to be out and about than sitting around. I'm definitely not a screen time fan so I rather be doing active learning instead. I'm fluent in English so no worries! I can communicate with you and the kids properly. I can also teach them Spanish if you want ;) I have 15 years of experience as nanny, childcarer and teacher in schools. I believe childcare is a team work so I like to follow the families way/style of education. I'm a tidy and clean person. We would give Alba 10 stars if we could. She looked after our 2 boys for a full 12 mths, kept them safe, helped them grow, and gave them so much love. Alba is a qualified and experienced early-childhood teacher, and it really shows. Some examples: * She is an expert in creative play: using just household things, she makes games and crafts that cultivate their imagination, fine motor skills, and cognitive devt. * She spends as much time as possible outdoors, developing their gross motor skills, confidence, and social skills with other kids. * She used just the right amount of discipline, mostly using games and imagination. * She cares about getting them the right nutrition, & made snacks & lunches. * She is unfailingly punctual, tidy, & just indefatigable -- kept an amazing positive attitude. They scream with joy when she arrives and each morning and hate to see her go. Anyone would be extremely lucky to have her.
