I have been working within the childcare field for 10 years now and have experience with nannying, tutoring, teaching, and before/after school care. I was even able to increase the star rating at the school age care program I helped direct by implementing new activities and behavior management plans to create a safe and friendly envrionment for our students. I am comfortable with any age and love to think of fun activities that cater to the age group I am working with.
