I’m 21 years old and I currently work full time as a Lead Educator and have also been a 2IC at a local childcare centre. I have worked full time in childcare since I was 2020. However there comes a time when change is due and that so happens to be where I am at now. Ideally I’d love to step out on my own and apply the skills and knowledge I have learnt over the years to a small family and build wonderful relationships along the way. I have experience with all aged from 6weeks-15years old. I have a very strong work ethic and I am very committed. I have a fantastic understanding of each individual child’s growing development and I know how to further develop a child’s interest I truly believe that child led play is the BEST kind of play allowing children to play freely without direction or intervention. I’m passionate about creating stimulating, engaging experiences.
