I have my NVQ at level 3 in aged care. I have worked in residential homes for approximately 6 years and my last job was a health care assistant in a small hospital back in the UK. I am a caring, thoughtful lady who will always put the service user first. I will always maintain dignity and respect, and an open ear for listening to there wishes and I will always allow for time with the service user.
