I communicate well with others and spend a lot of time interacting with people within the home which I am currently working. I am also organized and work well doing number of different task at once.My responsibilities is to provide friendly, compassionate support to the residents by assisting them with medication, daily living, personal care and hygiene such as showering, dressing and eating. This experience has provided me with invaluable insight into the needs of the residents and providing them with nurturing, respect and comfort that they deserve.
