The reason that inspires me to work as care giver is in view of the fact that caregiving is a multifaceted discipline. To put it in other words, caregivers have a vital role to perform in all disciplines because they are prominent in all aspects of life. Also, a person serving someone might not get the bulk of remuneration like a person working in the private sector. However, it will be sufficient enough to serve the basic needs of my life and that is more than sufficient for me. Also, the need for recognition and respect that every employee expects from their job profile can never be better served in any other profession than the occupation of serving the community. Moreover, the desire of mine to become the best I can be will only be fulfilled if I work in the field of serving others. As, if I talk about myself, as an individual, it is my vision to make a difference in society and when I will be able to do it, that will be the time when my personal growth in my own eyes will take place. All these factors combined persuaded me to pursue my vocation in this domain.
