My work there includes; • Attend to the patient daily • Follow procedures according to the patient’s needs • Providing personal care • Monitoring general health and vital signs and reporting to RN • Assisting and monitoring patient’s food intake • Maintaining patient’s hygiene and changing beddings • Turn, reposition, and move the patient between the wheelchair and bed
