Working as a caregiver in Japan for 3.5 years was incredibly fulfilling for me. I had the chance to be part of a 100-person care facility, where I could truly make a difference in residents’ lives by contributing to their care plans and evaluations. I always strived to support each individual personally, ensuring I could be there for them in a meaningful way. I took pride in my leadership role and enjoyed guiding my team to work more collaboratively. Being recognized for my efforts in improving team dynamics and education was a rewarding experience. Caregiving is more than just a job for me.it’s a passion that drives me to constantly learn and grow. I’m currently working towards obtaining the Certificate III in Individual Support to enhance my ability to provide even better care in the future.
