Seeking an opportunity with a high level care service provider which assists people to reach their goals and lead fulfilling lives, while ensuring that community activities provided to the people that I support are purposeful and lead to valued social roles for the individual. In doing this I will develop, monitor and review the allocated child/young person's or elder persons care plan and assist in articulating future plans by using a role-based person-centred approach, giving my time, presence, concern, listening ears and endeavouring to build up friendship with the people I assist without compromising professionalism.
