Greetings, I want to apply as a PCA and Lifestyle assistant. In my current position at BlueCross and Saphire Care, I am providing companion ship and care to elderly people. Documenting residents’ behaviour in terms of mental status, sleeping and eating patterns in medical record books, monitoring and assisting residents through individual service plans and assisting with individual, family and group counselling sessions are my main domains to work in.
