With 3 years of working experience as a personal care assistant in a residential aged care facility, I have developed an excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism and strong work ethic as well as time-management, problem solving and multi-tasking skills. My daily duties included assisting residents in managing activities of daily living like showering, Dressing, Grooming, Feeding, Toileting at frequent intervals, changing continence aids, Maintaining hygiene, monitoring and providing written report changes in resident’s physical and/or mental condition. Also, I consistently provided emotional and mental support to the residents in time of need.
