I have done Certificate III in Individual Support(Ageing) and currently working as a home care assistant through agency . I got to learn many of the roles and responsibilities provided to the residents and I am confident about the role of assistant in nursing.My objective is to secure a responsible position as Assistant in Nursing in which my education, training skills, competency and be challenged and utilised towards advancement. Also, right situation may include new opportunities to support ongoing learning and development of personal and professional abilities.
